- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 150 ml olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
PASSOS
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili flakes in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat.
Once the oil starts bubbling, add cherry tomatoes and stir. Cook briefly until the tomatoes soften.
