INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍅 8 mini tomatoes
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 30g sliced green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
Optional
- Chili oil to taste
PASSOS
Slice shiitake mushrooms and green onion thinly. Cut tofu into 7mm thick sticks.
In a pot, bring sake, chicken stock powder, and water to a boil. Add shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add mini tomatoes and tofu, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add green onion and seasoning ingredients. Stir well. Add the starch mixture and cook until thickened.
Pour beaten egg into the soup and stir gently as it begins to set. Serve with chili oil on top.
