- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Miso Sauce
- 1 tsp miso
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh open at thick parts, halve it, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook until fully done.
Spread miso sauce over the chicken and top with pizza cheese.
Cover the pan and heat for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
