INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Protein
- 🍖 2 slices of ham
Seasoning
- 1 tsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Cut the ham into 1.5 cm cubes. Chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water, then drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
While the potatoes are still warm, roughly mash them and mix in the miso, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
Add the corn and ham, mix well, and serve.
