INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 5g dried wood ear mushrooms, rehydrated
Seasoning
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- Chili threads, to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Julienne the carrot, cut the chives into 3cm pieces, and rehydrate the wood ear mushrooms before slicing them thinly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sake, oyster sauce) in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork, carrot, and wood ear mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Increase to high heat, add bean sprouts and chives, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chili threads.
