INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
- 50g mozuku seaweed
Vegetables
- 10g fried tofu
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 1/4 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
PASSOS
Chop mozuku seaweed finely. Cut fried tofu in half horizontally and slice thinly. Julienne the carrot. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer mozuku, fried tofu, carrot, shimeji mushrooms, and tuna on top. Cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and toppings together. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
