INGREDIENTES
Carbonara Risotto
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice (140g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Tuna Tomato Soup Pasta
- 20g quick-cooking macaroni
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
- 🥦 2 frozen broccoli florets
- 🍅 200ml tomato juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Bread Quiche
- 🍞 1 slice bread (thin cut)
- 1 sausage
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 🌽 1 tbsp canned corn
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥛 100ml milk
PASSOS
For Carbonara Risotto: Add rice, egg, cheese, milk, and salt and pepper to a mug and mix well.
Cut bacon into 1cm pieces and add to the mug. Mix again.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
For Tuna Tomato Soup Pasta: Drain the tuna and add all ingredients to a mug. Mix well.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to allow macaroni to soften.
For Bread Quiche: Add egg, salt, pepper, and milk to a mug and mix well.
Tear bread into pieces and add to the mug. Slice sausage and add along with tomatoes and corn.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes or until the egg is set.
