    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 💧 2 tbsp water

Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of enoki mushrooms and cut them in half lengthwise.
