INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 300g mini king oyster mushrooms
- 100g glass noodles
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A small amount of cooking oil
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients by slicing mushrooms, julienning the carrot, and slicing the chili peppers.
Boil glass noodles in water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the carrots first.
Add mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until they release moisture.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, brown sugar, plum extract, and cooking wine to the pan.
Add the boiled glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry until they absorb the sauce.
Add vinegar and stir quickly to evaporate the vinegar aroma.
Add chili peppers, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then stir to combine.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over a bowl of rice and enjoy.
