INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 5-6 button mushrooms
- 🍄 4-5 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Slice all vegetables and mushrooms. Trim enoki mushrooms and separate them.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add carrots and onions to the pan and stir-fry until onions turn translucent.
Increase heat to high and quickly stir-fry button and shiitake mushrooms.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Pour water or broth into the pan and bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Slowly add egg white while stirring to create a silky texture.
Reduce heat and add cornstarch mixture while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, then finish with sesame oil for aroma.
Serve the mushroom mixture over steamed rice.
