INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground mixed meat
Vegetables
- 125g diced nagaimo
- 🧅 1/2 minced onion
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Garnish
- 40g baby leaf
- tomatoes 2 cherry tomatoes
PASSOS
Dice nagaimo into 1cm chunks and mince the onion.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, egg, and seasonings until sticky. Add nagaimo and mix well. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on one side, then flip. Cover with a lid and cook for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked.
In the same pan, mix sake, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce over low heat until bubbling. Remove from heat.
Serve the patties with the sauce poured on top. Garnish with baby leaf and cherry tomatoes.
