INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 5 stalks green onions
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the green onions starting from the roots until tender. Add the green parts of the green onions and bean sprouts, blanch briefly, and drain.
Remove the roots of the green onions, cut them in half, and scrape off the slimy texture using the back of a knife. Cut into 3–4 cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the green onions, bean sprouts, and sesame oil.
In a separate bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients (sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic).
Add the seasoning mixture to the vegetable bowl and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
