INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 500g chicken thighs
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp sliced chili
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and remove excess fat and tendons. Make shallow cuts on the skin side and pierce the skin with a fork. Marinate chicken in a bowl with sake, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Slice green onion into small pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (lemon juice, salt, garlic, chili, black pepper) in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place chicken skin-side down. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Once cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
Wipe excess oil from the pan with paper towels, add sesame oil, and sauté green onions over medium heat briefly.
Add the sautéed green onions to the sauce mixture and pour over the chicken.
