- 6 rice paper sheets
Filling
- 🐟 150g minced tuna
- 6 okra pods
- 100g julienned yam
- 6 shiso leaves
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Rub okra with 1 tsp salt, rinse, and microwave for 2 minutes. Cool in water and remove stems.

Julienne the yam into thin strips.
