INGREDIENTES

- 🌭 5 sausages
Vegetables
- 🥔 4 new potatoes (350g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the new potatoes in half, soak them in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Cut the sausages diagonally in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the onion and sausages, and stir-fry over medium heat until the onion becomes tender.
Add the microwaved potatoes to the pan, stir-fry until everything is well combined, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
