INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium new potatoes (200g)
- 🌽 30g canned corn
Condiments
- 🧈 30g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Herbs
- Pinch of dried parsley
PASSOS
Cut the new potatoes into wedges, keeping the skin on.
Slice the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–7 minutes.
Heat 20g of butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bacon until slightly crispy.
Add the microwaved potatoes and corn to the pan, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the potatoes are golden brown.
Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
Serve on a plate, top with the remaining 10g of butter, and sprinkle with dried parsley.
