- 🥚 2 medium eggs
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch of nira (Chinese chives)
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
