INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of warm rice
Sauce
- 1 pack (150g) of meat sauce
Vegetables
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
Breadcrumbs
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Herbs
- 🌿 A sprinkle of dried parsley
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix warm rice, meat sauce, corn, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Divide into 4 portions.
Toast breadcrumbs in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown.
Place rice mixture and pizza cheese on plastic wrap, shape into balls, and arrange on a plate. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute, coat with toasted breadcrumbs, and garnish with parsley.
