INGREDIENTES
Crunchy Salad
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Tangy Salad
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into 2–3mm thick pieces.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt to the cucumber slices and let them sit for 10–15 minutes.
Squeeze the salted cucumber slices using a cloth or your hands to remove water.
Adjust seasoning with 2 pinches of salt if needed.
For the crunchy salad, mix ground sesame seeds and sesame oil with the cucumber. For the tangy salad, mix vinegar, sugar, and ground sesame seeds with the cucumber.
