INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork (hind leg cut)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 small onion, diced
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, diced
- 🥬 1 handful of cabbage, chopped
- 🥔 1 medium potato, diced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp mirin or cooking sake
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Dice onion, zucchini, cabbage, and potato into similar-sized pieces.
Mix soybean paste and mirin in a small bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until the surface turns white.
Add the soybean paste and mirin mixture to the pork and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add diced vegetables to the pot and mix well to coat them with the seasoning.
Cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat to low. Allow the vegetables to release their natural moisture and steam the dish.
Once the vegetables have released enough moisture, add chili powder and sliced green onions. Stir to evaporate excess liquid.
Serve the stew hot with rice or as a standalone dish.
