INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 5 sheets nori
- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
- 🧅 5 stalks green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili threads as needed
- Ponzu sauce as needed
Batter Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 80g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 💧 150ml water
PASSOS
Trim the roots of the green onions and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and water) along with the green onions and dried shirasu.
Tear the nori sheets into small pieces and mix them into the batter.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Cook for 3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the pancake, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with chili threads and ponzu sauce.
