INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets Norwegian salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Baby leaf, as needed
Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Sprinkle salt on the salmon fillets.
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan, place salmon skin-side down, and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Flip and sear each side for 30 seconds.
Plate the salmon with baby leaf and drizzle the sauce over.
