INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup misutgaru powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 20 ml milk
- 🧈 4 tbsp butter
Add-ins
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🌰 1 cup walnuts
PASSOS
Combine flour, misutgaru powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add butter and mix thoroughly until crumbly texture forms.
Mix in sesame seeds and walnuts, then add egg and milk. Knead lightly until just combined.
Shape dough into a 2 cm thick round and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes, then bake for 15 minutes.
