- 1 piece ginger

- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Rub okra with salt, rinse, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Remove stems and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice ginger into thin strips.
Mix ginger and seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add octopus and okra, toss well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
