- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), peeled and cut
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of basil
PASSOS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and potatoes, and stir-fry until golden brown. Then add anchovies and octopus, and stir-fry together.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle basil on top, and serve.
