INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 100g cherry tomatoes
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, soy sauce) thoroughly.
Add the prepared octopus, tomatoes, and shiso leaves to the bowl. Toss well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
