INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 1 bell pepper (30g), diced
- 🥕 40g carrot, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Fats
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the onion and carrot into 5mm cubes. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and pith, then dice into 5mm cubes. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and half the butter (5g) in a pan over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add onion and carrot. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and octopus to the pan. Stir and break up the rice as you cook.
Add the remaining butter (5g), seasonings (sake, salt, consomme, pepper), and bell pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
