INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 100g fresh octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Rub the fresh octopus with 1/2 tbsp of salt to remove slime, then rinse thoroughly with water. Cut into 2cm pieces.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the octopus and ginger evenly on top.
Cook the rice as usual. Once done, gently mix the rice and serve.
