INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 1 handful rice cakes
- A pinch of sesame salt
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 1/2 stalk chopped green onion
PASSOS
Soak the rice cakes in hot water until softened, or microwave them briefly.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Combine the softened rice cakes with soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper powder, sugar, and chopped green onion in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil over low heat. Stir-fry the seasoned rice cakes gently to avoid burning.
Serve the oil tteokbokki hot and garnish with a pinch of sesame salt.
