INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 100g of cooked rice
- 1 pack of boiled udon noodles
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 2 crab sticks
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml water
PASSOS
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly, separating caps and stems.
Tear the crab sticks into smaller pieces by hand.
Heat the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, salt, water) in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add shiitake mushrooms and cover the pot. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover the pot and add crab sticks, rice, and udon noodles. Stir gently to loosen the noodles. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot and cover again. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
