INGREDIENTES

- 🌱 8 okra pods (96g)
- 2 myoga
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board. Boil water in a pot, add okra, and blanch briefly. Remove and rinse under cold water. Drain and cut off the stem ends. Slice diagonally into halves.
Cut myoga in half lengthwise, then slice thinly crosswise.
