INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Mentaiko
- 2 pieces mentaiko (60g)
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Mentaiko Cream
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut mentaiko open and remove the thin skin using the back of a knife. Cut butter into bite-sized pieces.
Mix mentaiko and the ingredients for mentaiko cream in a bowl.
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and mix with mentaiko cream in the bowl until butter melts. Serve on plates.
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the egg mixture.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour half of the egg mixture and cook until semi-cooked. Place it over the pasta, shape with kitchen paper, and pour the remaining sauce on top. Repeat for the second serving.
