INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🌭 2 frankfurter sausages, sliced
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 2.5 cups water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
Optional Ingredients
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Pinch of parsley flakes
PASSOS
Slice the onion, garlic, and sausages into thin pieces.
Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and sausages until fragrant.
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 7–8 minutes, adding more water if needed.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, add ketchup and oyster sauce. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes, if desired.
