INGREDIENTES

- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, finely sliced
Dairy
- 🧀 40g processed cheese, cut into 6 pieces
Dry Ingredients
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquid
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion, finely slice the shiso leaves, and cut the processed cheese into 6 pieces.
In a bowl, mix the onion, shiso leaves, and cheese. Add the flour and mix lightly.
Add water to the mixture and stir until combined.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Scoop the mixture with a spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides.
