INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, minced
Dairy
- 50g cream cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- Pinch of black pepper
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Mince the onion and mushrooms.
In a bowl, mix onion, mushrooms, cream cheese, anchovy paste, and black pepper until well combined.
Place 1/6 of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C (about 3cm deep). Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
