- 150g boiled sansai mix
- 6cm grated daikon
Condiments
- 50cc concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 100cc cold water

- 200g soba noodles
PASSOS
Grate the daikon and set aside. Boil the sansai mix briefly and drain the water.
Boil water in a pot and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Cool the noodles in cold water and drain.
Mix the mentsuyu with cold water and add the grated daikon along with its juice.
Plate the soba noodles, top with the sansai mix, and pour the mentsuyu-daikon mixture over.
