Seasoning

Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Poke several holes in the skin of the chicken wings using a fork.
Place the chicken wings and marinade ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger) into a plastic bag. Massage well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken wings skin-side up, sprinkle with black pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
