Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent. Remove and let cool.

In a bowl, soak the breadcrumbs in milk. Add the ground beef and pork mix, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Knead until sticky, then mix in the cooled onion. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties, pressing the center slightly.

Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan and sear both sides of the patties until browned.

Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes.
