INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef for soup
- 🧅 3 green onions
- 100g glass noodles
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 soup stock packs
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Spicy Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 green chili
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Prepare the broth by boiling 2L of water with 2 soup stock packs for a deeper flavor.
Soak the glass noodles in hot water to soften them.
Slice the green onions lengthwise and cut them into 5cm pieces.
Prepare the beef by cutting it into soup-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a swirl of cooking oil and a drizzle of sesame oil, then sauté the beef.
Add the sliced green onions to the pan and stir-fry them with the beef.
Pour the prepared broth into the pan and add minced garlic.
Season the soup with soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust the salt to taste.
Place the soaked glass noodles in a serving bowl, pour the soup over them, and serve.
