INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Add ground pork to a frying pan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring to break it apart, until the meat changes color. Remove excess liquid with a paper towel.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger) to the pan. Stir and simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
