INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 6 fillets horse mackerel (210g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Potato starch as needed
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Aromatic Sauce
- 🧅 10cm green onion (30g), minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Mix all aromatic sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Cut the horse mackerel fillets in half and pat them dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fish and pan-fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Plate the fish and drizzle the aromatic sauce over the top.
