- 🐟 280g mackerel fillet
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Mackerel
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Aromatic Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare the mackerel by seasoning it with sake, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the mackerel fillets with potato starch evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the mackerel until golden brown on both sides.
