INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 16 gyoza wrappers
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Filling
- 1 cabbage leaf, shredded
- 10 cm green onion, minced
- 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
- 150 g ground pork
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Massage and let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Mince the green onion and chop the chives finely.
Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread salad oil in a pan and arrange half of the gyoza wrappers.
Spread the filling evenly over the wrappers, leaving a small gap around the edges.
Moisten the edges with water and cover with the remaining wrappers, pressing to seal.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Flip the gyoza and drizzle salad oil around the edges. Cover and cook on low heat for another 5–6 minutes.
