INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
- 1/2 yellow paprika (75g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut the red and yellow paprika into quarters lengthwise, then cut each piece into quarters crosswise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel and stir-fry lightly to break it apart.
Add the paprika and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
