INGREDIENTES

- 2 paprikas
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
Meat
- 1/2 can spam
Dairy
- 🧀 Pizza cheese as needed
Seasoning
- Parsley powder as needed
- Tomato spaghetti sauce as needed
PASSOS
Soak the paprikas in vinegar water for 5 minutes to remove pesticide residue, then cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Dice the spam, onion, and zucchini into small pieces. You can substitute spam with other ham or add mushrooms, carrots, or other preferred ingredients.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the diced ingredients until cooked.
Add an appropriate amount of spaghetti sauce to the stir-fried ingredients and mix evenly.
Fill the paprikas about 2/3 full with the mixed filling, leaving space for the cheese.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top and add parsley powder. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
