INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
Meat
- 1/2 fish sausage, sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
PASSOS
Slice cherry tomatoes, boiled egg, fish sausage, and zucchini.
In a small frying pan, heat water and salt over medium heat. Once boiling, add spaghetti (broken in half) and cook until soft and water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Add olive oil and mix. Pour beaten eggs into the pan and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, pressing down with a spatula.
Spread ketchup over the surface, then top with pizza cheese, cherry tomatoes, boiled egg slices, fish sausage, and zucchini.
Cover the pan and steam-cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
