- 1/2 pack pea sprouts

PASSOS
Cut off the root of the pea sprouts and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Add the pea sprouts in the last 30 seconds of boiling. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, combine the macaroni, pea sprouts, drained tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
