INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 400g soft tofu
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 6 tbsp perilla seed powder
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 220ml water
Additional Ingredients
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1-2 chopped chili peppers
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSOS
Finely chop the shiitake mushroom, onion, green onion, and chili peppers.
Cut the soft tofu and place it in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add minced garlic, onion, and shiitake mushroom, and sauté for 1 minute.
Add fish sauce and sauté for another minute.
Pour 220ml of water into the pot and boil for 5 minutes to create a flavorful broth.
Add the soft tofu to the pot and boil for 1 minute.
Add chopped green onion, chili peppers, and perilla seed powder, and simmer for 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
Serve the stew in a bowl and enjoy as a hearty meal.
