INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 60g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 30g grapeseed oil
- 🥛 30g milk
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
Filling Ingredients
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
- 2 tbsp peas
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 3 tbsp chopped ham
- 🧀 To taste pizza cheese
- 🍅 To taste ketchup
- A pinch of herb powder
PASSOS
Prepare the filling ingredients: chop onion and ham, and gather canned corn and peas.
In a bowl, mix grapeseed oil and sugar until combined.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Add ketchup and milk, then mix until smooth.
Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, then add the prepared filling ingredients.
Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 80% full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven, top with pizza cheese, extra ketchup, and herb powder.
Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
