INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 700g cooked rice
- Nori sheets, as needed
- Shiso leaves, as needed
Sushi Vinegar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Microwave Tamagoyaki
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Tuna Poke
- 🐟 100g tuna sashimi
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Salmon Poke
- 🐟 100g salmon sashimi
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🧅 50g onion (1/4 piece)
Poke Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cook rice and mix with sushi vinegar (vinegar, sugar, salt). Let cool.
Prepare microwave tamagoyaki by whisking eggs, water, sugar, and salt. Microwave until set.
Dice tuna and avocado, then mix with sesame seeds and poke seasoning.
Dice salmon, cucumber, and onion, then mix with poke seasoning.
Arrange rice, nori, shiso leaves, tamagoyaki, tuna poke, and salmon poke for hand-rolling.
